Ganesh Chaturthi: Worshiping the God of New Beginnings
The festival of Ganesh Chaturthi is falling on 13th September 2018. This is celebrated with extreme vigor and enthusiasm all over India. In Maharashtra the celebration lasts for ten days and deity of Ganesha is kept in home for all these days. Ganpati Bappa Morya; a common chanting that evokes the feelings of devotees is commonly heard during celebration. Ganesha is known as the God of new beginnings and God of wisdom and intelligence, it has been said that praying Lord Ganesha removes all difficulties and hurdles in life.
